The visitors from China at the Doctoral School
On September 23, a meeting between the Management of the Doctoral School of the University of Szczecin and representatives of the Chinese Zhejiang Sci-Tech University (ZSTU) Academician was held. The directions of future common program of PhD education, academic exchange, prospective research and development projects for the education of young scientists were discussed. The necessity of a close cooperation in creating a strong strategic partnership for the education of PhD students was also noted.The Zhejiang Sci-Tech University Academician was represented by Mr Wenxing Chen – President of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University (ZSTU) Academician, China Academy of Engineering, Mr Bin Yu – Dean of ZSTU School of Textile Science and Engineering, Mr Xianming Zhang – Dean of ZSTU Material Science and Engineering, Mr Wei Zhang – Director of ZSTU Office of Academic Affairs, Mr Xiang Fu – Director of ZSTU Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, Mr Xiaogang Yang -Director of ZSTU Office of Human Resources. The Doctoral School was represented by Jarosław Korpysa, PhD, Assoc. Prof. – Director of the Doctoral School, Katarzyna Leźnicka, PhD, Assoc. Prof. – Vice Director of the Doctoral School. The meeting was also attended by dr Joanna Misiukajtis – Head of the International Relations Department.
