PhD Student of Doctoral School US Olga Sierawska chosen to the prestigiuos mentoring program TopMinds
We are proud to announce that our PhD Student Olga Sierawska has been chosen among 214 candidates to the prestigious mentoring program TopMinds. This program is organized by Top 500 Innovators Association and Polish-U.S. Fulbright Commission. TopMinds is addressed to people studying and preparing for a dissertation, who stand out in the field of science, are full of passion, commitment, and their ambition is to achieve success not only in the academic environment, but also focused on comprehensive self-development.The aim of the program is to prepare people at the beginning of their scientific career for work in an academic environment. The program includes support in the form of mentoring, which is based on building relationships and transfer of knowledge and experience under the influence of experts representing various fields of science and culture. So far, seven editions of the TopMinds program have been held, and over 200 young people and their mentors have already benefited from them. Participating in such a program is truly a great honor.
