Lecture of prof. Eustachio Cardinale for PhD Students
We cordially invite to the lecture titled “The early warning system in the Italian reform of bankruptcy law” that will be conducted by prof. Eustachio Cardinale from the University of Bari Aldo Moro.

PHD in Commercial Law at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” XI cycle; and obtained the Specialization in European Private Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bari;
The author of numerous publications in the field of corporate law, bankruptcy law and financial market law.
A speaker at national and international conferences in the field of Commercial Law.
A member of the editorial committees of national scientific journals.
President of the Corporate Law Commission of the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts.
The consultant for the Public Prosecutor’s Offices of the Courts of Bari, Matera and Potenza;
The Bankruptcy Trustee and Judicial Commissioner of preventive settlements of a liquidation type and in business continuity, manager of over-indebtedness crisis, liquidator commissioner and judicial administrator.

He served as Extraordinary Commissioner of the Consortium for Industrial Development of the province of Potenza appointed with DGR n. 1331/2017 for which he implemented the recovery plan approved by the Regional Council of Basilicata with DGR n. 918/2018 following which the assignment ceased.
