UNESCO Chair for Sustainable Social Development at the Doctoral School of the University of Szczecin
The first international seminar with tittle “Future of Open Education” has been held online at 17th May, 2023 at Doctoral School of the University of Szczecin. This international event has been held by UNESCO Chair for Sustainable Social Development. The event opened by Rector dr hab. Kinga Flaga-Gieruszyńska, prof. US. and the head of UNESCO Chair for Social Sustainability University of Szczecin, dr hab. Maciej Kowalewski, prof. US. This international event inviting 7 international speakers from Egypt, Georgia, India, Poland, South Africa and Sri Lanka to talk about how open education can be an opportunity and challenge in the future. This event divided into 3 session; first session discussed about how environment of open education in the future can affect how education affect to social justice. Second session is about open data platform that help to shape open education for educator. And the last session is about the challenge and legal perspective of open education. The meeting went smoothly and interesting which attended by more than 34 participants all over the world
