CEE Forum of Young Legal, Political and Social Theorists
Dear PhD Students,
we are pleased to inform you that the University of Silesia in Katowice will be hosting the 18th CEE Forum of Young Legal, Political and Social Theorists on 3–4 September 2026.
This year’s theme, “Reconstructing Justice in a Changing World,” invites reflection on how law, politics, and social theory respond to contemporary crises, conflicts, technological transformations, and shifting normative frameworks.
We welcome submissions from early-career scholars working in legal theory, political philosophy, social and constitutional theory, and related disciplines.
The CEE Forum is a long-standing international initiative that brings together emerging scholars for rigorous academic discussion, constructive feedback, and networking across Central and Eastern Europe and beyond.
