1. The conditions for obtaining participant status in the Congress are:
a. registration through the online registration form available on the Organizer’s website,
b. being at least 18 years of age,
c. receiving confirmation of qualification via email,
d. confirming participation within 7 days of receiving the qualification notification.
2. The participant qualification process is based on the information provided in the registration form. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to reject an application if the requirements specified in these Regulations are not met.
4. Priority for in-person participant recruitment is given to individuals representing different organizations, institutions (medical universities and healthcare facilities), and informal groups, with one person from each institution being qualified first. The Organizer strives to ensure participation in the MultiCultiMed Congress by representatives of the largest possible number of organizations and informal groups.
