On 19.05. The US Doctoral School was visited by the German Ambassador to Poland – Dr. Thomas Bagger, who led the discussion in English “Zeitenwende/History turning point” with the PhD students. The turnout exceeded our wildest expectations, and for good reason. The discussion was very lively and interesting – it concerned many aspects, from the nature of the Ambassador’s work to different views on the current economic and political situation in Europe. It was a very inspiring meeting.
