PhD Student of Doctoral School in the Top 10 finalists of the SGroup PhD Cup 2026

We are happy and proud to announce that mgr Vignesh Karthikeyan Raghunathan, PhD Student of Doctoral School (Management and Quality Science), has been selected in the Top 10 finalists of the SGroup PhD Cup 2026, an international competition designed to strengthen PhD candidates’ research communication skills, inspired by the 3-Minute Thesis pitch model.
 
Competing against talented young researchers from SGroup member universities across Europe and beyond, including many universities such as:

Vignesh Karthikeyan Raghunathan represented the University of Szczecin with distinction on this international stage.
 
The Sgroup PhD Cup combines expert-led training in rhetoric and research communication with a competitive video pitch format, culminating in a live final at the SGroup Annual Meetings. The top five finalists will present live at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, Poland, from 13–15 October 2026, with the overall winner receiving a PhD Mobility Grant of up to €1,000.
 
This achievement highlights the University of Szczecin’s growing presence in international doctoral research networks and reflects his dedication to communicating impactful research on drone logistics and last-mile delivery innovation to a global audience.
