This monograph is a comprehensive study devoted to the practical and ethical use of artificial intelligence in academic work. The authors demonstrate step by step how to consciously and responsibly integrate AI tools into the entire research cycle from formulating research questions and conducting literature reviews, through writing and editing texts, to creating teaching materials and automating analyses.
The monograph combines a theoretical perspective with a practical guide, including: • checklists, examples, and work scenarios using AI tools, • explanations of ethical and legal principles, • an overview of the positions of leading academic publishers, • guidelines on prompt engineering and the automation of research tasks, • a model for developing digital and transversal competencies in the work of a researcher.
