2025 ICON Programme Call for Applications!

We are excited to announce the launch of the 2025 ICON Programme Call for Applications! This initiative, organized by SGroup, provides academic and administrative staff with the opportunity to engage in a short-term mobility exchange at a partner institution abroad. As formal representatives of your doctoral schools, we believe you are a target audience of this programme and could deeply benefit from this opportunity. 

SGoup has up to €3,000 available to support travel, accommodation, visa, and all mobility related expenses.

The first call is open from January 31, 2025, to March 7, 2025.
In case some grants would still be available, a second call will be open from April 4, 2025, to April 25, 2025.

Full-member university staff can apply for mobility outside Europe, including the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Africa. Associate-member university staff can apply for mobility within SGroup European institutions.

    3. Submit your application before the deadline.
  • Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your application will then be evaluated, and results will be communicated accordingly.
